Job Description

We are looking for a Hotel Loading Executive to manage hotel inventory on our travel booking system.

Responsibilities:

Upload hotel availability on the system.
Update room rates, meal plans, and promotions.
Load blackout dates and stop sales.
Maintain hotel allotments.
Coordinate with hotel suppliers for updates.
Ensure data accuracy before publishing.
Resolve loading and mapping issues.
Work closely with the Operations & Contracting team.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry.
Experience with hotel loading/inventory management.
Good knowledge of Excel.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Knowledge of B2B travel portals will be an advantage.

Salary

₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (depending on experience)
