Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hotel General Manager, located in Dehradun. The Hotel General Manager will oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, overseeing budgeting and financial performance, and ensuring high standards for food and beverage services. The role will also entail strategizing for business growth and implementing effective business management practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in General Management, including team leadership and operational oversight
- Strong Customer Service skills to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage operations
- Background in Business Management, including strategic planning and business development
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work in fast-paced, hospitality environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous experience in hotel operations or a similar managerial role
