- Manage overall hotel operations and daily activities
- Ensure exceptional guest service and customer satisfaction
- Lead and supervise all department heads and staff
- Monitor hotel revenue, budgeting, and cost control
- Maintain hospitality standards, SOPs, and brand image
- Develop business strategies to improve occupancy and profitability
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and legal standards
- Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and stakeholders
Key Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in hotel operations
- Knowledge of budgeting, revenue management, and hospitality operations
- Ability to handle H.N.I, VIP guests & high-pressure situations professionally
- Strong understanding of guest relations and service standards
