<strong>Position Overview<br></strong><br>
</div><div>As a Bartender at Carlisles, you will be responsible for delivering a sophisticated bar experience while maintaining efficiency and consistency. You will play a key role in shaping guest impressions through both beverage quality and hospitality.<br><br>

<strong>Key Responsibilities<br></strong><br>

<li> Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency </li>
<li> Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar at all times </li>
<li> Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests at the bar and lounge </li>
<li> Develop a strong understanding of our menu, wine list, and spirits selection </li>
<li> Engage with guests in a professional, personable manner </li>
<li> Monitor guest alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service </li>
<li> Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service </li>
<li> Assist in maintaining inventory and notifying management of shortages </li>

<li> Previous bartending experience required (fine dining or upscale bar preferred) </li>
