Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded Asset Manager to oversee and maximize the performance, value, and long-term growth of multiple hotel assets. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, operational understanding, and an innovative mindset to identify opportunities across revenue, cost efficiency, guest experience, capital improvements, and overall asset value.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and execution-focused, with the ability to work closely with operations, finance, projects, and ownership to improve both short-term performance and long-term returns across the hotel portfolio.
Key Responsibilites:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the performance, value, and strategic direction of assigned hotel assets
- Monitor key asset metrics, including revenue, profitability, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, GOP, costs, and return performance
- Identify opportunities to improve asset value through stronger operational efficiency, commercial performance, repositioning, and capital planning
- Work closely with hotel operations teams to drive performance improvements while protecting brand standards and guest experience
- Review budgets, forecasts, business plans, and monthly performance reports across properties
- Track capex needs, renovation priorities, maintenance standards, and lifecycle planning for each asset
- Drive innovative initiatives to improve revenue generation, cost control, space utilization, and long-term competitiveness of the hotels
- Support decision-making on upgrades, rebranding, expansion, vendor partnerships, and asset enhancement opportunities
- Ensure strong follow-through on strategic priorities, performance gaps, and ownership action plans across all assigned properties
- Coordinate with finance, operations, sales, projects, and leadership teams to align asset strategy with overall business goals
- Monitor market positioning, competitive trends, and risks that may impact hotel asset performance
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in hotel asset management, hotel operations, hospitality finance, consulting, or multi-property performance management
- Strong understanding of hotel business metrics, commercial drivers, and operational performance
- Ability to manage multiple assets and work across cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills
- High ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive outcomes
- Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
- Innovative, proactive, and execution-oriented approach
