Qualifications: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of relevant hotel management experience, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel brand. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions. Proficiency in English and Spanish.
