Role Description The Hostess role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Host/Hostess will greet guests warmly, manage waitlists, coordinate seating, and maintain an organized front-of-house environment. Daily responsibilities include handling reservations and inquiries, answering phone calls with professional etiquette, and working closely with the serving and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow. The role also involves providing accurate information about menus and services, addressing guest needs promptly, and upholding company standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction. This position requires a polished demeanor, a service-focused mindset, and the ability to thrive in a busy restaurant setting.
