Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Host/Hostess to join our dynamic team at Cafe Sereno. This is an on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Host/Hostess will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, maintaining organization of the dining area, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a memorable dining experience. Additional tasks include answering phone calls promptly and courteously, coordinating with the waitstaff team, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to create a welcoming environment for guests
- Experience in handling Reservations and managing seating arrangements efficiently
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Strong focus on Customer Service with a proactive approach to guest satisfaction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Previous experience as a host/hostess or in a customer-facing role is advantageous
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
