Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostess based in Bengaluru. The Hostess will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, coordinating seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction, and ensuring a seamless flow of service in the restaurant. Additional responsibilities include providing information about menu offerings, maintaining a positive and courteous attitude, answering phone inquiries, and managing guest requests professionally. The role requires close coordination with other staff members to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- 1 Year Prior Hospitality Experience in front office.
- Salary - 22K In hand per month.
