Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage the day-to-day operations of the hostel, ensure student safety, maintain discipline, and create a comfortable living environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily hostel operations
Ensure safety, security, and discipline among residents
Maintain attendance and visitor records
Handle student concerns, conflicts, and emergencies
Coordinate with management and staff for smooth functioning
Oversee cleanliness, food quality, and maintenance of the hostel
Enforce hostel rules and regulations
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas
Required Skills
Strong leadership and management skills
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
Basic administrative and record-keeping knowledge
Qualifications
Graduated in any discipline
Prior experience as a hostel warden or similar role is preferred
