Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hostel Warden at the Girl's Hostel, located in the Hyderabad campus. The Hostel Warden will be responsible for managing hostel operations,
ensuring the safety and well-being of students, and maintaining discipline and harmony within the hostel. Key duties include overseeing the accommodation allocation, addressing students' grievances, monitoring maintenance of facilities, and fostering a positive and inclusive community.
The warden will serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding hostel matters while ensuring adherence to university policies and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in hostel administration, student affairs, or similar roles
- Proficiency in handling conflicts and maintaining a harmonious living environment
- Commitment to fostering a safe, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency handling
- Ability to manage and supervise daily hostel operations efficiently
- Bachelor's degree
