Sri Sharada International School is looking for a responsible and disciplined Hostel Warden to manage and supervise students residing in the school hostel. The role involves ensuring student safety, maintaining discipline, and creating a supportive residential environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily hostel operations and student routines
- Ensure discipline, safety, and well-being of students
- Maintain attendance and monitor student activities
- Coordinate with school management and parents when required
- Handle emergencies and resolve student issues
- Oversee cleanliness, food quality, and hostel facilities
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience
- 2 to 5 years experience as a hostel warden or in student management roles preferred
Skills Required
- Strong leadership and supervision skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Ability to handle students with care and discipline
- Basic administrative skills
