Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hostel Warden, based in Shajapur. The Hostel Warden is responsible for maintaining discipline, order, and safety within the hostel premises. Daily responsibilities include managing hostel operations, ensuring students abide by rules and regulations, overseeing cleanliness and maintenance, addressing student concerns, and coordinating activities to foster a positive living environment. The Warden will also play a key role in supporting students’ academic and personal development while maintaining effective communication with parents and school administrators.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage hostel activities and ensure discipline.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with students, parents, and staff.
- Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve student concerns in a fair and appropriate manner.
- Awareness of health, safety, and hygiene standards, with the ability to ensure adherence to protocols within the hostel.
- Compassionate and approachable demeanor to foster a supportive and respectful environment.
- Basic administrative skills, including record-keeping and report generation.
- Prior experience in hostel management or educational institutions is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi languages is preferred.
