The Hostel Supervisor will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the hostel, ensuring discipline, safety, and a well-maintained environment for all residents. The role requires strong supervision, resident engagement, and the ability to handle behavioral and operational challenges effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall functioning of the hostel and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Allocate rooms to residents and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Ensure discipline and adherence to hostel rules and regulations among residents.
- Monitor entry/exit timings and maintain visitor logs for security purposes.
- Supervise cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams.
- Address resident concerns, complaints, and behavioral issues promptly.
- Handle conflicts or misconduct cases with professionalism and fairness.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms and facilities.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed, including emergency preparedness.
- Maintain records related to attendance, leave, and movement of residents.
- Report major issues or incidents to management in a timely manner.
- Support in organizing recreational or engagement activities for residents.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Administration, Hospitality, or Social Work).
- Experience: 2–5 years in hostel management, wardenship, or facility supervision.

- Ability to manage young residents effectively
