Role: Senior Product Designer We're on the hunt for a Senior Product Designer to take full ownership of the design process—from discovery to delivery. You'll craft seamless, user-centered experiences across our web and mobile platforms, and be a key driver of product adoption, engagement, and retention. This role is ideal for someone who balances strategic thinking with a deep attention to detail. You're not only passionate about how things look but deeply invested in how they work—and how they create real value for users. What You'll Do - Lead design end-to-end: From research and discovery to high-fidelity UI, prototyping, and final handoff. - Use insights to inform decisions: Apply both qualitative and quantitative research to identify pain points and guide your design solutions. - Simplify complexity: Translate intricate requirements into elegant, intuitive solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. - Design with precision: Craft clean, scalable interfaces across platforms with a strong focus on hierarchy, layout, typography, and micro-interactions. - Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the entire lifecycle. - Evolve our design system: Help grow and maintain a robust, scalable system that ensures consistency and quality across the product. - Advocate for users: Drive usability testing, accessibility, and continuous iteration to elevate the product experience. - Design across devices: Ensure cohesive experiences on both web and mobile (iOS/Android). - Contribute to the design culture: Share knowledge, give thoughtful feedback, and help others grow. You Bring - 5+ years of experience designing UI/UX for SaaS or tech products. - A strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-first solutions—especially in complex product environments. - Proficiency in Figma and experience creating high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes. - Deep understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices. - Solid grasp of user-centered design and product thinking. - Comfort working independently in ambiguous situations. - Experience with usability testing and user research. - Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. - Strong organizational and documentation habits. Bonus Points For - Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end development principles. - Experience using tools like Hotjar, Pendo, Google Analytics, Maze, or Lookback. - Understanding of Agile/SCRUM workflows. - Previous experience working in booking or travel software.
