At Myslotmate, we're building a platform that helps people discover and book unique real-world experiences, from workshops and adventure trips to networking events, performances, wellness sessions, and community gatherings.
We're looking for a Host Partnerships & Marketing Associate who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and helping exciting experiences reach the right audience.
If you're someone who enjoys speaking with creators, communities, businesses, and event organizers while also contributing to marketing and growth, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
🤝 Host Partnerships
- Discover and connect with creators, businesses, artists, educators, communities, and experience hosts.
- Conduct outreach through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Explain the value of Myslotmate and onboard new hosts.
🚀 Host Onboarding & Success
- Help hosts create their profiles and publish experiences.
- Ensure listings are complete and high quality.
- Build long-term relationships with hosts and support them throughout their journey.
📢 Marketing & Growth
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for experiences.
- Work closely with the design team on creatives.
- Assist with social media content planning and promotional copy.
- Support collaborations with creators and communities.
📊 Operations
- Maintain outreach and onboarding trackers.
- Prepare weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the founders and internal teams.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with social media platforms.
- Prior experience in marketing, partnerships, sales, community management, or business development is a plus.
