Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role positioned in Pune City. As a Hospitality Trainer, you will deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and expertise of hospitality professionals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing training modules, conducting workshops, leading staff development sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness. You will work closely with teams to ensure that high standards of customer service, front office operations, and food & beverage service are consistently maintained.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hospitality Consulting and Training, with the ability to design and implement effective training programs
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Front Office operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, including service standards and operational best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and foster skill development
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in training roles, is a strong advantage
