Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer based at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur Chhattisgarh

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Hospitality Consulting and Training methodologies
• Minimum 12 yrs of exp out of which 3 yrs as FO
• Knowledge of Fidalio (mim 5yrs of exp) is must.
• Proficiency in Customer Service and Front Office operations
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to mentor students and assess their performance effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or eqivalent.
• international exp will be preferred.
