Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer based at the Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training in Raipur Chhattisgarh
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Hospitality Consulting and Training methodologies
- Minimum 12 yrs of exp out of which 3 yrs as FO
- Knowledge of Fidalio (mim 5yrs of exp) is must.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Front Office operations
- Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage management
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to mentor students and assess their performance effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or eqivalent.
- international exp will be preferred.
