Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer, based in Indore. The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, mentoring staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. The role involves providing specialized training for front office, food & beverage, and other operations to enhance team performance. Additionally, the trainer will collaborate with management to identify training needs and implement strategies to achieve excellence in hospitality services.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hospitality Consulting and Training to develop and execute effective training programs.
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to train teams to provide outstanding guest experiences.
- Knowledge and experience in Front Office and Food & Beverage operations to mentor staff in various hospitality roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coach and engage team members.
- Proven organizational and time management abilities to handle training schedules effectively.
- Proficiency with training and development tools or methods is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is advantageous.
