Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospitality Trainer, based in Indore. The Hospitality Trainer will be responsible for conducting training sessions, designing educational programs, and coaching students to develop skills in hospitality, customer service, and related areas. This role involves mentoring individuals to enhance their knowledge in hospitality consulting, front office operations, and food and beverage service, while fostering excellent customer service practices.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Hospitality Consulting and training methodologies
- Strong knowledge of Customer Service and Front Office operations
- Experience in Food & Beverage service and related areas
- Strong mentoring and communication skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students effectively
- Experience in the aviation or hospitality industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related fields is preferred
