Hiring: Hospitality, Tourism & Capacity Building Programme trainers (Gujarat)
We're building a team of experienced trainers wherein the selected trainers may be engaged for hospitality, tourism training and capacity-building programmes across the state of Gujarat and may
also be considered for future training programmes and similar assignments, subject to project
requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
• Relevant professional experience in Tourism, Hospitality, Heritage Interpretation,
Visitor Management, Skill Development, or related fields
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Gujarati and English is mandatory
• Prior experience in training, facilitation, or capacity-building programmes is preferred
• Ability to conduct both classroom-based and on-site field training sessions
Preferred Certifications (if applicable)
• THSC-certified Tour Guide, Tour Escort, Tourist Facilitator, or Trainer (NSQF-aligned)
• Certification from the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India
• Certification or empanelment by Gujarat Tourism or any State Tourism Department
• Any other recognized certification in tourism, hospitality, heritage interpretation, or
tour guiding
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver training programmes related to tourism, hospitality, and capacity building
• Facilitate engaging classroom and field-based learning sessions
• Maintain professional training standards and ensure effective participant
engagement
Location: Gujarat
Mandatory Languages: Gujarati and English
