Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Specialist to join our team in Mumbai for an on-site role. The Hospitality Specialist will manage customer service interactions, oversee the delivery of exceptional hospitality experiences, and serve as an ambassador for Brindco’s premium portfolio. Daily tasks include greeting and assisting customers, offering expert guidance on food and beverage pairings, maintaining high standards of hospitality service, and collaborating with the team to deliver seamless customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to address client needs and provide efficient, friendly service.
• Expertise in Hospitality and Hospitality Service, with the ability to create welcoming and professional experiences.
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage to provide informed recommendations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage various customer interactions effectively.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or beverage industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
