We are an Executive Search firm specializing in luxury hospitality recruitment, working with leading hotel brands, UHNWI properties, and global hospitality groups across the Middle East, India, and international markets.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Hospitality Recruiter who is passionate about talent acquisition and understands the dynamics of the hospitality industry. The role involves end-to-end recruitment, primarily for mid to senior-level positions across hotels, resorts, and private estates.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job portals, and networking
- Screen and shortlist candidates for roles across F&B, Rooms Division, Engineering, Sales, and Leadership
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing requirements
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Work closely with clients to understand hiring needs and timelines
- Maintain accurate data on Google Sheets / ATS systems (e.g., ClickUp)
Key Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in recruitment (hospitality preferred)
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality roles and structures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Self-motivated and proactive approach
