Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Hospitality Professional for a full-time, on-site role at Rama's Resort, located in Rajasthan, India. Responsibilities include welcoming and assisting guests, managing reservations, overseeing room and facility arrangements, ensuring top-tier guest satisfaction, and providing support in daily operations. The ideal candidate will maintain high service standards and foster a warm, customer-focused environment.
Qualifications
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer service orientation.
- Experience in hospitality services, guest relations, or event management.
- Organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer skills is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field is preferred.
