What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of front-of-house and service staff
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the venue
- Creating a fun, friendly, and professional environment for guests and staff
- Managing bookings, events, and customer feedback
- Working closely with the General Manager to drive performance and innovation
