Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospitality Manager based in Wayanad. The Hospitality Manager will oversee daily management pf hospitality operations, ensuring exceptional guest management, property operations and smooth coordination of services. Responsibilities include revenue management, staff management, property operations, managing team performance, and fostering positive guest experiences. This role combines on-site management with some work-from-home flexibility.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Accounting, and Management Experience
- Proficiency in Hospitality management, OTA management, overall management of middle segment properties ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members to enhance service quality and staff development.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle hybrid work schedules effectively.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or related fields is an advantage.
