Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Hospitality Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Bandra, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include managing property readiness, coordinating with staff, overseeing check-in and check-out procedures, maintaining high service standards, and resolving guest inquiries promptly. As an on-site role based in Bandra, you will work closely with the team to uphold the Adore Homes commitment to personalized and memorable service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to create positive guest interactions
- Proficiency in Hospitality and Food & Beverage services
- Experience in Training and managing staff for optimal performance
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
- Previous experience in a hospitality management role is highly desirable
- Knowledge of local attractions and culture in Bandra is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
