Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an Inside Sales (Hospitality Counselor). The role involves providing excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and conducting sales outreach to promote the company’s offerings. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client inquiries, nurturing client relationships, organizing bookings or appointments, and maintaining detailed records of sales interactions and client feedback. The individual will also work collaboratively with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure positive client experiences
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client interaction
- Sales experience, with the ability to promote and close deals efficiently
- Organization Skills for managing multiple clients, inquiries, and documentation
- Ability to work independently with a goal-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in the hospitality or travel industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or related field is preferred
