Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Hospitality Consultant. The Hospitality Consultant will oversee client consultations, deliver training programs, and ensure seamless customer service delivery. Responsibilities include supporting front office management, optimizing food and beverage operations, and providing recommendations to enhance overall hospitality experiences within cloud kitchen environments.
Qualifications
- Hospitality Consulting and Training experience to evaluate and improve operational practices
- Customer Service and Front Office expertise to manage client interactions and ensure excellence in guest experiences
- Knowledge in Food & Beverage operations to optimize menu offerings and streamline kitchen processes
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Experience in the cloud kitchen industry is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
