Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for the position of Hospitality Cluster Training Manager. The manager will design, implement, and oversee training programs that enhance the skills, efficiency, and service standards of the hospitality team across multiple locations. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, facilitating employee development, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring all team members are aligned with the company’s operational goals and service excellence guidelines. The manager will collaborate with leadership to build a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, delivering an elevated guest experience.
Qualifications
- Hospitality knowledge and management experience, with expertise in training, resort operations, and guest service standards
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and training delivery skills in English & Tamil
- Proven ability to conduct need assessments, develop tailored training modules, and evaluate program effectiveness
- Effective communication, team leadership, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse teams
- Proficiency in using digital tools and software for training purposes
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and central teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- MBA, experience in multi-property hospitality training, and certifications in training (e.g. train-the-trainer programs) are advantageous
