Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Staff Nurse, located in Jaipur. As a hospital staff nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure quality treatment and care. Daily tasks will include maintaining medical records, assisting in patient education, and providing support during medical procedures. You will also play a key role in ensuring infection control, adhering to healthcare standards, and offering compassionate care to patients and their families.
Qualifications
- Proficient in patient care, assessment, and administering treatments
- Skilled in monitoring patient conditions and maintaining accurate medical records
- Strong ability in infection control practices and adhering to healthcare ethical standards
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with medical teams and supporting patient needs
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic hospital environment under stress
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or a relevant nursing program
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification or relevant licensure is required
- Previous clinical or hospital experience is considered an advantage
