Position: IT Executive (Hospital)
Location: Multi-Speciality Hospital, Rajim (Raipur), Chhattisgarh
Qualification
- Graduate / Diploma / B.Tech in IT / Computer Science or related field
Experience
- 1–4 years experience in IT support (Hospital experience preferred)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain hospital IT infrastructure (systems, servers, network)
- Provide technical support for HIS (Hospital Information System) and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of computers, printers, and other devices
- Maintain data backup, security, and system updates
- Coordinate with vendors for IT-related services and AMC
- Support departments in resolving day-to-day IT issues
- Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with IT policies
Skills Required
- Knowledge of networking, hardware, and system troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of hospital software/HIS
- Problem-solving and technical support skills
- Good communication and coordination ability
