This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Sales Executive, located in Ranchi. The Hospital Sales Executive will develop and manage relationships with hospitals, identify sales opportunities, and drive business growth through effective sales strategies and client engagement. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to maintain and expand the client base. The individual will stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring the organization remains competitive in the healthcare market.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and account management, preferably in healthcare or related sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry and market dynamics within Lusaka or a similar area
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify new business opportunities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings and a valid driver’s license is preferred
