Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Hospital Quality Executive / Assistant Manager based in Pune/ navigating mumbai / mumbai etc. , with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role involves overseeing and improving hospital quality management processes, conducting thorough quality control and auditing mechanisms, and ensuring compliance with established healthcare standards. The candidate will collaborate with teams, analyze quality metrics, and develop strategies for continuous improvement in hospital operations and patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Strong Quality Control and Quality Auditing skills for monitoring and ensuring adherence to healthcare quality standards
• Proficient in hospital Quality Management practices and frameworks to foster consistent quality improvement
• Excellent Analytical Skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with teams and stakeholders
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations and accreditation standards is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Hospital Administration, or equivalent. A relevant certification in quality management is a plus
