Role Description
Dev Eye Care is seeking a full-time Hospital Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across all departments. Based on-site in Panipat, this role involves managing administrative processes, optimizing resources, implementing policies for operational efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Hospital Operations Manager will lead clinical and administrative teams to enhance patient satisfaction, drive performance, and maintain high standards of quality in service delivery. The role also requires active communication and collaboration with staff, vendors, and stakeholders to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in hospital or healthcare operations
- Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Expertise in healthcare operations, including hospital administration, resource allocation, and compliance management.
- Proficiency in planning, organizational development, and performance monitoring.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with teams, patients, and external partners.
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and data management tools is advantageous.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a closely related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in hospital or healthcare management is preferred, with a focus on process optimization and patient-centered care.
