Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Operations Head located in Ankleshwar GIDC. The Hospital Operations Head will oversee daily operations and ensure the efficient functioning of hospital departments, facilities, and staff. Key responsibilities include managing budgets, improving operational performance, implementing strategic initiatives, monitoring compliance with healthcare standards, and ensuring patient safety and satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with multiple stakeholders to uphold service quality and achieve organizational goals.


Qualifications

Experince in hospital setup of more than 150 beds a must.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills
  • Expertise in healthcare operations, strategic planning, and administrative management
  • Proficiency in budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management
  • Thorough understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with proficiency in operational improvements
  • Experience in hospital operations and healthcare management is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Social Work
  • Linguistic & Computer proficiency a must.
