We are looking for an experienced Hospital Operations professional to oversee daily hospital operations, ensure smooth interdepartmental coordination, and improve patient care experience in a rehabilitation healthcare environment. Rehabilitation centres in HITEC City typically provide multidisciplinary care and patient recovery services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day hospital/rehabilitation center operations
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, physiotherapists, psychologists, and support teams
- Ensure smooth patient admission, discharge, and care coordination processes
- Handle patient escalations and ensure excellent patient experience
- Monitor operational efficiency and service quality standards
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and facility management activities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare protocols, hospital policies, and operational SOPs
- Prepare operational reports, MIS, and documentation
- Monitor staff productivity and ensure smooth departmental functioning
- Support implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in Hospital Operations / Healthcare Administration / Rehabilitation Center Operations
- Strong coordination skills with clinical and non-clinical teams
- Ability to manage multiple operational activities simultaneously
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in hospitals, rehabilitation centers, healthcare facilities, or multispecialty clinics preferred
- Immediate joiners or candidates with shorter notice period preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
