Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hospital Operations Consultant based in Coimbatore/ Chennai. The consultant will work closely with healthcare organizations to optimize operations, improve patient outcomes, and enhance efficiency. Responsibilities include analyzing operational workflows, implementing process improvements, developing strategies for better resource allocation, and providing actionable insights to guide decision-making. The consultant will also collaborate with various stakeholders and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving
• Proficiency in Consulting techniques and Operations Management practices
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders
• Understanding of Customer Service principles to enhance patient and client experiences
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, on-site setting
• Knowledge of healthcare systems and operations is advantageous
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in process excellence, change management, or digital transformation is a plus
