Role Description
Healthmug is seeking a dedicated and experienced Hospital Manager / Multi Clinic Manager for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The role involves overseeing the P/L of the clinics, increasing customer base, managing daily operations of clinics or hospitals, managing healthcare teams, and ensuring efficient practice management. Responsibilities also include improving patient services, budgeting, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and facilitating smooth communication among staff and patients. The Hospital Manager will work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain high standards of care and enhance operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience in organising medical camps, meeting with the RWA's.
- Experience in Practice Management and Hospital Management, including overseeing operations, workflows, and team coordination
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure patient satisfaction and enhance service delivery
- Strong Budgeting skills to manage financial resources effectively and achieve operational goals
- Outstanding Communication skills, including the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders and resolve conflicts
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a focus on enhancing healthcare service quality
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and best practices
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Proven track record in managing healthcare establishments or clinics is an added advantage
1. P&L Ownership
- Own the end-to-end P&L for pharmacy and clinic operations.
- Track revenue, margins, operating costs, and profitability.
- Prepare financial forecasts and performance reports.
2. Revenue Growth
- Drive revenue through pharmacy sales, consultations, and wellness & Therapies programs.
- Work with marketing teams to improve patient acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
3. Cost & Margin Management
- Control operational costs across clinics including staffing, consumables, and utilities.
4. Operational Excellence
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of clinics and pharmacy outlets.
- Improve patient experience, consultation flow, and service turnaround time.
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all locations.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reporting systems.
5. Employee Training & Capability Development
- Design and implement training programs for pharmacy staff, doctor’s, and therapists.
- Ensure staff are trained on:
- Pharmacy compliance and drug dispensing protocols
- Patient interaction and service standards
- Sales and cross-selling of pharmacy and healthcare services
- Operational SOPs and digital systems
- Conduct regular skill assessments and refresher training.
- Work with HR to develop onboarding and continuous learning programs.
- Drive performance improvement through coaching and mentorship.
6. Promotional Camps & Community Outreach
- Plan and execute health camps, screening camps, and pharmacy promotional events to increase patient footfall and awareness.
- Coordinate with doctors, diagnostic partners, and marketing teams to organize camps such as:
- Diabetes screening camps
- Blood pressure monitoring camps
- Preventive health check-up drives
- Seasonal health awareness programs
- Identify target locations such as residential societies, corporate offices, schools, and community centers.
- Monitor camp performance, lead conversions, and revenue generated from these initiatives.
