Medisky Hospital is looking for a highly experienced General Manager / Hospital Administrator to lead the overall administration and operations of one of our hospital branches at Maheshtala or Dankuni.
This is a senior leadership opportunity with a defined path towards Chief of Hospital Operations (CHO).
POSITION
General Manager / Hospital Administrator
📍 Maheshtala or Dankuni branch, West Bengal
💰 ₹70,000–₹90,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability
12-MONTH LEADERSHIP PATH
First 12 Months → General Manager, Medisky Hospital
The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete operational and administrative management of the assigned hospital branch, including:
- Hospital operations and administration
- Staff management, discipline and manpower
- Doctor, Nursing and departmental coordination
- SOP implementation and KPI monitoring
- Patient experience and grievance management
- Licensing, statutory compliance and inspections
- CMOH / Swasthya Bhawan liaison
- Revenue, cost control and operational efficiency
- Vendor, facility and maintenance management
- MIS, reporting and management reviews
- Handling critical situations and operational escalations
After 12 Months → Potential Promotion to CHIEF OF HOSPITAL OPERATIONS (CHO)
Based on performance, leadership capability and management evaluation, the candidate may be promoted to Chief of Hospital Operations, with broader responsibility for hospital operations across Medisky.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 15 years of experience in hospital operations
- Proven experience independently running a 100+ bed hospital in West Bengal
- Must have experience running a NABH Fully Accredited Hospital
- Strong understanding of hospital administration, compliance and statutory requirements
- Strong professional rapport with CMOH offices and Swasthya Bhawan
- Experience dealing with government authorities, inspections, licences and regulatory matters
- Proven experience managing doctors, nurses, administrative and support teams
- Strong operational, financial and manpower management skills

Hospital General Manager | Hospital Administrator | Hospital Operations Head | Unit Head | Senior Hospital Operations Professional
Experience in private / multi-speciality hospitals or hospital chains will be preferred.
IMPORTANT
This is not an entry-level administrative position.
We are looking for an experienced hospital leader who has actually run a 100+ bed NABH Fully Accredited Hospital in West Bengal and is capable of taking complete operational ownership.
