Hospital Institutional Sales Manager (Services & Technology)📍 Pune | 💼 4–8 Years Experience
Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Hospital Institutional Sales Manager to drive business growth by selling healthcare services and technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals and healthcare institutions
- Sell service-based and technology-driven solutions (diagnostics, digital health, SaaS, etc.)
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and medical directors
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle (lead generation to closure)
- Understand hospital workflows and tailor solutions
- Prepare proposals, pricing models, and presentations
- Ensure smooth onboarding and implementation
- Achieve revenue targets and expand accounts
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
- 4–8 years of experience in hospital / institutional sales
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes
- Proven B2B sales track record
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Preferred- Experience in healthcare technology / diagnostics / SaaS
- Existing network with hospital decision-makers
- Experience in tenders & institutional contracts
