Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Hospital Facility Manager located in Jamnagar. The Hospital Facility Manager will oversee the daily operations of the healthcare facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining optimal safety, hygiene, and functionality. Key responsibilities include managing facility systems, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring proper operation of medical and non-medical equipment, and supervising staff and vendors. Additionally, the role involves budget management, implementing efficient workflows, and contributing to a high standard of patient care through effective facility operations.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in facility management, operations management, and ensuring regulatory compliance in hospital settings
- Experience in managing maintenance, repair, and operation of medical and non-medical equipment
- Proficiency in supervising support staff and coordinating with external vendors for smooth operations
- Capability to effectively manage budgets and optimize facility resources for cost efficiency
- Knowledge of healthcare safety, environmental standards, and infection control protocols
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with smart building technologies for facility management is an added advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field; certifications in facility or property management are preferred
