Key Responsibilities
- Patient Invoicing: Generate accurate, timely, and detailed bills for patient services (inpatient/outpatient).
- Claim Management: Submit, track, and manage insurance claims; resolve denied or rejected claims.
- Payment Collection: Process cash, card, and insurance payments and maintain accurate records of accounts receivables.
- Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility to provide cost estimates and financial clearance.
- Communication: Explain billing details, outstanding, and payment plans to patients in a professional manner.
- Compliance & Reporting: Adhere to medical billing regulations (e.g., ICD-10, CPT) and generate daily/monthly financial reports.

Required Qualifications And Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience: Generally 1-3+ years in medical billing or healthcare finance.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), medical billing software, and MS Excel.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of medical terminology, ICD-10/CPT coding, and insurance regulations.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
