Job Role
The Hospital Administration Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging classroom training, mentoring students, and preparing them for careers in the healthcare and hospital management industry.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of hospital operations, patient management systems, healthcare administration, and industry practices.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver interactive and practical training sessions on Hospital Administration
Train students in:
Hospital Operations
Front Office Management
Patient Handling & Coordination
OP & IP Processes
Medical Records Management
Healthcare Communication
Insurance & Billing Basics
NABH Basics
Healthcare HR & Administration
Conduct workshops, activities, and case-study-based sessions
Prepare training materials, assignments, and assessments
Mentor students for internships, interviews, and placements
Track student performance and maintain training reports
Create an energetic and professional classroom environment
Stay updated with current healthcare industry trends and practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in:
Hospital Administration
Healthcare Management
MBA Healthcare
Allied Healthcare Fields
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Hospital Administration / Healthcare industry
Prior experience in training or teaching is an added advantage
Strong communication and presentation skills
Passion for mentoring and student development
Professional experience in hospitals or healthcare institutions is preferred
