Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Operations Head, based in Nashik. The Hospital Operations Head will oversee day-to-day operational activities, ensure efficient healthcare delivery, and enforce quality standards. Responsibilities include managing staff teams, overseeing budgets, analyzing operational processes, and implementing strategies to optimize hospital performance. The role also involves maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and effectively coordinating with all departments.
Qualifications:
- Strong expertise in Operations Management and Budgeting to efficiently oversee hospital operations and financial planning
- Minimum 8 Years Proven leadership and Team Management skills to effectively guide staff and ensure smooth department coordination
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to identify areas of improvement and apply strategic solutions to enhance hospital performance
- Excellent Communication skills to foster collaboration across various departments and stakeholders
- In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulatory compliance is highly advantageous
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in hospital administration or healthcare operations management is strongly preferred
