Role Description
The Horticulture Executive/Manager will oversee and manage daily horticultural operations to ensure the sustainable and aesthetic upkeep of the park's landscapes. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. Responsibilities include planning and executing landscape maintenance, supervising gardening activities, monitoring plant health, managing irrigation systems, and bringing innovative landscaping ideas to enhance visitor experience. The role also involves coordinating with teams to ensure environmentally sustainable practices are consistently implemented across the property.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Landscape Maintenance and Landscaping design
- Strong knowledge in Gardening practices and Botany
- Experience in managing and optimizing Irrigation systems
- Ability to oversee team operations and manage labor for horticultural projects
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in developing eco-friendly and sustainable practices
- Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Botany, Agriculture, or a related field
- Prior experience in managing large-scale landscaping or botanical projects is a plus
