📅 Contract Period

🗓️ 01 June 2025 to 31 December 2025

🔁 Option to extend from 01 January 2026 to 31 December 2026 (at the Authority’s discretion)

🕒 Working Hours

📆 Monday to Thursday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes 30-minute lunch break)
📆 Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (includes 30-minute lunch break)
❌ No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted public holidays

🧑‍💻 Key Responsibilities

🎥 Media & ICT Support

🖥️ Set up ICT equipment in classrooms for lessons and observations
🎤 Provide AV/PA setup support during school events, exams, and activities
📸 Capture photographs and videos during school events and create multimedia content
🌐 Update and manage content on school websites & Google Sites
📦 Assist in stocktaking of ICT assets and consumables

🗂️ Administrative & Strategic Support

👨‍🏫 Support HOD (ICT) and SH (ICT) with daily operations and coordination
💡 Recommend and integrate ICT tools for school’s digital transformation
🤝 Liaise with school leaders and ICT personnel on projects and tasks
📝 Perform other tasks as assigned by the school

👨‍🎓 Personnel Requirements

🎓 Minimum Qualifications

✅ Possess a Diploma in an IT-related field

🛠️ Experience & Skills

📷 Minimum 1 year of experience in multimedia production and AV equipment setup
🧰 Proficient with digital media tools (e.g., photo/video editing software)
🌍 Familiar with website management and digital platforms like Google Sites
🗃️ Strong organization and multi-tasking skills
🗣️ Good communication skills with a positive and proactive attitude
🚀 Passionate about ICT and eager to contribute innovative ideas for school-wide digital enhancement
