Hiring: HoReCa Sales Executive – Bakery & Dessert Segment
We are building a fast-growing Turkish Dessert brand in the dessert / bakery ingredient space and looking for a highly energetic HoReCa sales professional who understands the market, knows the right people, and can drive solution-based selling.
What You’ll Do:
• Sell to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, ice cream parlours & chains
• Do suggestive / use-case based selling instead of plain distribution sales
• Work closely with distributors & key accounts across UP
• Identify opportunities for product placement & menu integration
• Help build the brand from an early growth stage
What We’re Looking For:
• Prior experience in HoReCa / B2B food sales
• Bakery / confectionery / dessert category experience preferred
• Strong communication & relationship-building skills
• Good understanding of UP HoReCa market & distributor network
• High-energy personality with willingness to travel extensively
• Startup mindset with ownership attitude
Compensation:
Hybrid structure | Earn up to ₹85K-100K CTC
• ₹35–55K fixed in-hand
• TA/DA + Outstation Allowances
+ Incentives and Milestone Rewards upto 60k a month.
*Salary is no bar for a fitting candidate.
