We’re Hiring – HoReCa Sales Manager (Coffee Division) ☕
📍 Location: Bangalore (Travel across Karnataka and South India as required)
Pristine Organics is looking for an experienced and passionate HoReCa Sales Manager to expand our premium coffee business across hotels, cafés, restaurants, resorts, and institutional channels.
If you have strong connections in the hospitality industry and experience in coffee, beverages, or HoReCa sales, we would love to connect with you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow HoReCa sales for coffee beans and beverage solutions
• Onboard star hotels, cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and corporate clients
• Conduct product presentations, coffee tastings, and client meetings
• Build strong relationships with F&B managers, procurement teams, and café owners
• Achieve monthly sales targets and expand market presence
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution and deliveries
🔹 Preferred Experience:
• 4–8 years in HoReCa / hospitality sales
• Experience in coffee, beverages, gourmet foods, or related sectors
• Strong network within hotels and café chains preferred
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
