Role: Sales Manager- HoReCa
Department: Enterprise Sales
Location: Goregaon West (100% Work from Office)
Reports to: Business Manager - Enterprise Sales
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth within the HoReCa sector, aligning with overall business objectives in collaboration with the Enterprise Sales Manager.
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across hotels, restaurants, cafes, and related establishments through proactive outreach, presentations, and negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers, serving as the primary point of contact to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits, business reviews, and feedback sessions to strengthen partnerships and identify upselling or expansion opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals, quotations, and contracts while maintaining accurate CRM data, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights, sharing actionable findings with leadership to refine strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, operations, supply chain, and service teams to ensure seamless execution, while representing the company at industry events to generate leads and enhance brand presence.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related discipline; MBA is a plus.
- Typically 4+ years of progressive B2B sales experience, with a significant portion in HoReCa / food service / institutional / key‐account channels.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets, winning new business and managing large accounts and contacts in major cities like Mumbai , Delhi , Bangalore , Pune etc .
- Strong relationships and network within the HoReCa / institutional / corporate catering sectors is highly desirable.
- Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen: understands pricing, margins, contribution, P&L impact.
- Strategic thinker but also hands-on: able to roll up sleeves, pursue opportunities, and ensure execution.
- Willingness to travel frequently (within region and to customer sites) and work in a field-based sales environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient under pressure, and able to lead or influence cross‐functional teams.
- Experience in FMCG/food service or hospitality sectors is a plus (especially for HoReCa channel)
